Community Thoughts: Stouffville, 2013

Community Thoughts: Stouffville was created in collaboration with members of the Stouffville community. We asked random people various questions regarding their beliefs and feelings towards Stouffville (how it's changing, why it's important, etc) and synthesized that information into 2 different works for Latcham Gallery. One was a collection of text created by St Marie inspired by numerous conversations with Stouffvillians. The second was a sculpture created by Walker that represented the tension that divided community members over the recent changes that Stouffville was beginning to experience.
