Public Visual Space Authority was a sanctioned project that took place at 33 Parliament St in Toronto, ON. The work was installed in conjunction with the work of graffiti artists Pascal Paquette (chou) and Patrick Thompson (evoke). In 2014 a new series of signs were installed as a public intervention in the Eastern Market in Detroit, MI.
